"Fantastic host. Lots of helpful info for dining options and how things work on Skye. Great literature for hikes, maps, etc. ice, mini fridge, microwave and utensils in case you buy takeout. Great conversation with the owner and others at breakfast (which had a huge variety of options) about what else to see in Scotland. On site parking. Definitely would stay again. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Taigh Duitseach in April 2024. Checking in was very easy, the property was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exceptional and lovingly cooked in front of us by Jim and Paulline who were very kind and welcoming. "This was a great value. Accommodations were simple, but very clean and convenient. All the employees were very nice. Bar and restaurant on site. The food was very flavorful, and breakfast was included. The atmosphere in the lobby was comfortable and a place connect with other travelers. A great location to explore Isle of Skye.
