"Truly the best property in Portree. Yes you are outside of town centre, but it is within a 10 minute walk which we easily did a few times. The hotel was incredible. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and the pictures do not do it justice ! It is by far one of the most romantic places I’ve stayed . Of course ,the weather was amazing when we went ;but it was so cozy and charming , especially waking up to the sunrise . The room was clean and efficient, all we really needed . Very sleek...

"No parking on site. Rooms are old but seems renovated recently. Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear noise from restaurant and bar downstairs till 11:30pm when they close it. Good for couple of days. Location of the hotel is good. Staff is very courteous and nice. "

"The apt was clean enough. Felt a bit like being in a dormitory. The soap dispensers were half full. Ashtray with cigarette butts was left outdoors on the table and was filled with rain water. Most disappointing was the shower. It looked new, but did not work properly. Hot and cold and hot and cold water. Needs to be corrected. "

"Très bel hôtel, avec vue sur mer. Chambres spacieuses très joliment décorées (tissus écossais). Très au calme. Personnel très accueillant et gentil. Immense salon (où on a pu faire des jeux de carte le soir après diner) et salle à manger. Pas de restaurant sur place pour le diner, mais on peut amener son propre repas dans la salle. Petit-déjeuner complet. Lieu pratique pour aller ensuite explorer la Wester Ross."
