"The hotel was cozy, and very clean. The food in the bar was is good and the bar do not have all the ingredients when you ask for some cocktail at the menu, but the staff is incredible friendly ,and helpfull. If I returned to Southhampton this is my first option ☺️"

"We did not like their attitude- I enjoy booking with Expedia for the convenience and efficiency, but seemed like booking with third party was a negative ! The hotel is on harbour- but we got the worst room - facing windows of another building. Our flight arrived early - check in is 3:00 pm - understandable ..."
