"Someone didn't like me using that room and left a used condom right outside my door around 6 pm. It remained there, untouched, as of 7 am the next morning. Staff was great and had wonderful dining suggestions for people coming from out of town."

"Our shower door had a loose hinge, mold growth on the adhesive that previously secured the soap bottles, and a non-functional handheld shower head. Additionally, black mold was present in the sink's overflow. All other aspects were satisfactory. I believe the absence of a bathroom vent may have contributed to some of the mold issues. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"Our room was not cleaned. When we arrived there was a soiled rag left in the bathroom. The maid service emptied the trash but did not make up our bed. The desk when we checked in was v helpful as was the fellow at the desk on Tuesday afternoon/evening. Overall my impression is that maintenance of this hotel is not a priority for this chain."

"the room was nice. the view of the harbor was pretty cool. the staff was nice and helpful. and the hotel is in a good location so there was a lot to do within walking distance. but i ended up with a faulty toilet. maintenance came by to look into but i was not in the room at the time so im not sure how that went... i just know we ended up using the one downstairs in the lobby primarily. we also were given a set of towels that had clearly visible blood stains on them. so i didn't care for that."

"I would definitely stay here again. It's a new build. I was happy to have a dishwasher and washer and dryer super convenient for our stay for 12 days. Although I didn't like we never got our room cleaned not once since we were there no one came to change our bedding or anything like they were supposed to. Other than that I enjoyed my stay would stay again. "

"What we went in the staff told us that the coffee machines wasn't working right in the lobby. We go to the room TV didn't work right. I called downstairs told him they said we could come down to where the breakfast would be and could watch the news that I wanted to say. When I tried to call him from the room phone did not work. No phone number posted for the front desk. I looked in my reservation finally found a phone number and call them. We were going to relax in the room and watch the news and get caught up on the day. We ended up leaving the room I'm going to a restaurant and accomplish what we wanted to we've stayed there a couple of times before they have a sign on the swimming area they're trying to get it fixed quickly over. Or 4 months there's been no change. I like the Hilton I will never go there again"

"This was no fault of the hotel staff but when we arrived, some guests were too close to the front door smoking Marijuana. I didn't see it but everyone could smell it. The hotel could use some renovations as we saw water damage on the walls in our room and the inner part of the bath tub was peeling/flaking. The shower's water pressure was terrible. We had double beds and thank goodness because the sheets had black stains on one bed. Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and personable."

"Breakfast was expensive and inconvenient. Had to be ordered at the "bistro" counter and picked up. There was no bar. I had booked it with Expedia, which was fine, but it took way too long to check in. The staff was staring at the computer and typing and clicking for at least 15 minutes just for me. Parking in the nearby public garage was $13/day. The hotel does not have its own garage, and no voucher was offered for free parking, so I had to pay $25 for valet parking. The location was good, within 10 minutes walking distance to the marina and cheap regular ferry trips across the river to other interesting historical sites."
