"The room was clean and spacious. The fitness center had 3 pieces of high end cardio equipment, no real weights. Unfortunately the breakfast was not suitable for a diabetic or anyone monitoring their sugar intake . We had an efficiency room that was not stocked with ANY utensils or cooking apparatus. "

"The air conditioing did not work the three nights we stayed. After asking the fromt desk three times for maintenance to come to the room, we found out it was a larger issue for multiple guests, but no real solutions. Maintenance never came to the room. No offer to move us to a room with working a/c or a break on the room cost. "

"The room walls had mold on them there weren’t any pillowcases on the pillows which were left in a pile on the bed the linen was dirty and the front desk staff was very rude and did not provide good customer service or communication skills "

"The room smelled like cigarettes from time to time. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower had what looked like rusty from the overflow drain to the regular drain. The shower faucet was leaking. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The ceiling light in the main area was flickering. "

"Pros: The staff were excellent and very friendly! Cons: The pool was closed for the entire duration of our stay for unknown reasons. The bathroom (specifically around the toilet area) was not as clean as I would have expected. The couch in our room had suspicious-looking stains on it and none of us dared to sit on it."

"Pleased with the room. The location was great because you can walk to WALGREENS if needed or go across the street to Walmart. I found this location ideal for easy access to the places a traveler might need in a pinch."

"This is an older property that offers many amenities, but it needs to be maintained better. The room was spacious, but needed to be cleaned & vacuumed properly. The floors in the common areas needed vacuuming and mopping. There was an unusual odor in the hallway & in the room. I went to the local market & bought cleaning supplies & freshened the room with an essential oil diffuser. The best part was how quiet the property was."
