"This is a beautiful stay in a very convenient location! Everything is close by and driving to the East side of the island is only an hour. Everything else is even closer! The front desk staff were all exceptional and helped us with directions, recommendations for restaurants and also suggestions on where to go. They were all very kind to us. "I’m just going to state the facts here. When we first arrived, the electronic keypad did not work. We had to communicate with the property manager. They were able to get housekeeping to come out and assist. They gave us the code to the system and it did not work. We were able to access the lockbox key and use it to get in.
