However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings. Staff generally are gracious and willing to accommodate, however it took one hour to check in and deliver our luggage to the room. There was only one other guest checking in at the same...

"Location is great but the rooms are very small. There was no closet or shelf storage to put any belongings on. The only thing that separates you from someone going to the bathroom is a curtain. A lot of other places to stay at. Portugal is beautiful but i don’t think I’ll return to the CR7."
