"Room was fantastic and location is great. The onsite restaurant service wasn’t great. Getting someone to take our order took a long time and the food took over an hour to come out. Other than that, the hotel was great. When we checked out at 3am no one was at the desk so I wasn’t sure what to do regarding checkout. The 15 minute, 24/7 shuttle was super helpful. Would stay there again for convenience and it’s a nice, clean hotel."

"We were overall very pleased with the hotel. Our only minor comments were the lifts (can be frustrating at busy times) and the hot breakfast (bacon and sausage were not great). Otherwise I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel and would stay again when we return to the beautiful city of Porto. Thank you to the very attentive and courteous young staff, you are a credit to your profession and country."
