"Loved our brief stay here. It's a beautiful building in a great location. It's very busy in this area and if driving, make sure to unload right out front of the hotel. A staff member greeted us right away and helped with bags. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The lady at guest information seemed annoyed by a question, but was helpful. The rooftop pool and patio is one of the reasons we chose the Jupiter and it was excellent! We stayed in the presidential suite which quite large, nice decor, high ceilings and has great corner views. This worked well for 3 children especially since the staff had 3 single beds all ready to go. Room service took almost an hour to be delivered, but was tasty and good portions. We had to check out early which meant missing the breakfast, so they had 5 breakfast bags ready to take on the road. A very nice touch!"
"Conveniently located close to the airport and they have a shuttle! However give yourself at least 3 hours for international travel from Lisbon. The day we left the shuttle was 20 min late so we only and 2 hrs when we got to the check-in line at 5:00 am. Would have missed the flight had they not held it for us and several other late passengers. But about the hotel, it’s very nice and the restaurant is good too."
"Highly recommendable stay near principal real. Beautiful property, and it is conveniently located with transportation options, and walkable to the shopping district and old town. We found the twin room to be spacious and had everything we needed. It even had a laundry machine, full sized fridge and kitchen. Breakfast buffet for €19 - had excellent choices."
"The hotel was very clean, helpful employees when needed. The hotel is in a good location, close to the grocery store, metro and much more. We had a problem with the room keys a couple times but staff was very quick and helpful to help us with resolving the issue."
"The room was just right for our one night stay. It is 10 minute drive from the airport. Ask for a view of the water if possible. Very clean - bathroom well appointed - bed and pillows very good,
The Sky Bar Lounge and restaurant was just perfect for drinks and a Sushi dinner with a view of the River and the Bridge in the distance. Very well prepared. Breakfast was included with our room and was very abundant and varied. The hostess remembered that it was my husband's birthday and the servers brought a small cake with candle and sang Happy Birthday in Portuguese - it was a surprise and a real treat!"
