"The property is extremely well kept! The staff is amazing from the bartenders/restaurant servers/bell hops/concierge!!! Love how the staff goes out of their way to make it fun!!! A few favorites… George & Christian at Paparazzi & Ginger, Jorge & Mayka at the Tam bar, Idol at Club Margot. Food is amazing. Hard to pick a favorite!! Bunker bar has the best view in the whole place! Our 3rd year coming with a group & won’t be our last!!!"

"We had a good view of the beach and pool area. The only problem was that they were working on the pavers around the pool area. We would hear the construction noises in the mornings. We were charged a daily resort fee which we did not expect. I feel that Expedia should have included that in the cost of the trip. The staff was courteous always willing to help. I would certainly recommend the hotel to my friends and family. "
