Personalet var helt ukjent med dette! Så det må slettes ellers blir folk lurt,hotellet er ikke behjelpelig med å bestille taxi heller,det må man gjøre selv. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber größtenteils nicht sehr kompetent. Restaurant-Betrieb gibt es keinen mehr, das Angebot in der Bar ist sehr überschaubar, gleiches gilt für den Spa-Bereich. Der neue Besitzer A-Rosa befindet sich noch der Übungsphase gehobener Hotellerie. "
