Hot tub broken and no pool service despite front desk assurance the area was open and she was sending a waiter. Was a stay-cation for us but we probably won’t be back. Better for conventions like it was having with ppl who don’t desire amenities.

Everything about the stay was great . Only one negative thought came to mind - The shower pan Was very slick and I could have very easily fell down had I not had the quick reaction to slipping

Great location to everything Lubbock, easy in/out parking. Staff was super friendly & I love lobby coffee 24/7!
