Excellent Service! We were lost and could not find the hotel entrance and a staff person from the hotel helped us with our bags and called receptionist for us. The breakfast we great to have every morning. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. The receptionists were informative clear and so helpful! Thank you for making out time so special! Mai Mai

This place was such a great find in Positano. The Villa is an extension of a bigger, luxurious hotel just up the path, and the amazing staff at the hotel treat you like any other guest (but you pay much less). Breakfast on the glorious terrace is amazing, buffet food and table service for coffees. The room was made up every day. There were porters to help with your luggage on arrival and departure. You’re on the edge of town, which I enjoyed - a lovely wander down into the heart of Positano, or you’re really well located to walk down to Fornillo beach for a swim. Recommend to reach out to the hotel for specific instructions on arrival depending how you get to Positano - it’s easy once you’re there but hard to understand from the map. My room was compact but very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay here. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the views from our balcony were stunning. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the top of the hill, but it was easy to walk to and from the town via the main road.

Avoid room 603. Like us, you may be lured by the economy of this basic room but upon arrival you will quickly be asking for an upgrade . Thankfully they were able to accommodate our request a few hours and a few euros later. The restaurant is fantastic.

Staff could have been more helpful and friendly. Did not let us know there were fees for the beach towels, etc. There was a small leak in our bathroom faucet and ants in the bathroom.

The property's views were great, and the Hotel was close to the town center. The main breakfast area and restaurant were very nice. Several issues were not apparent until we arrived at the Hotel. First, the main Hotel has a different name and is separate from this portion of the property. You must climb about 80 steps to get to the main hotel area. The steps leading up to the Hotel are not part of the property; they are dirty allies with steep steps. The included breakfast was so so, with no hot items, and you had to pay extra for eggs. The sink was not flushing when we arrived, but the issue was corrected once we told the front desk. There were several spiders in our room and the bathroom.

Very nice location, great view over the sea / bay. Quite a lot of stairs, be prepared for that. Old house, you will hear everything that happens in the hall / other rooms quite well, and no dark curtains (sun gets into your room from early morning) / do not expect to sleep long in the morning.

Wonderful experience to have your own apartment, but still be able to have the service and amenities of a hotel. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping and transportation, but still private and relaxing. Staff was amazing at every level...would highly recommend and can't wait to come again!
