"We had a terrible experience to start off our stay. This hotel offered to book a taxi for us from our other hotel in Positano, and we accepted not knowing that we would be dropped off at a different hotel that is a 5 minute walk away through lots of stairs. So after drop-off, we had to then choose either to pay an additional 30 euro fee to hire a porter service or carry our heavy suitcases ourselves (which was not communicated ahead of the reservation). We felt scammed. If they offer to book you...

"I loved the view from the balcony. The room was clean and adequately sized. The air conditioner didn’t work. They brought a fan which helped us sleep better the second night. The staff was kind and helpful. I would probably try to find somewhere with a working air conditioner. We were hot."

"It is a great property. There is a small hot tub on the second floor. I was thinking it was outside my room. The room was a hot and can not adjust the AC. I did not notified the owner. Everything else was great!"
