"Wir waren eine Woche hier und hatten einen sehr guten Eindruck! Das Zimmer war groß und hatte einen Balkon. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr neu und sehr komfortabel. Der Bahnhof war direkt vor der Tür, sodass man bequem in die Stadt gelangen konnte. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal wieder dort übernachten."

Inside, the apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully modern, offering the perfect balance of comfort and style. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, which made me feel welcomed right away. Overall, it was a peaceful and classy place to stay, and I would definitely return."

"Realmente nunca me alojé en un lugar con tanta desidia. No había internet, papel higiénico, seguridad en la entrada del lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tampoco el elevador, el freezer no se podía utilizar. Y para colmo el departamento apestaba a olor a cigarrillo. Eso sí la comunicación con la empresa que prestaba el servicio era buena, pero no hacían nada para solucionar la situación "

The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. There were wires hanging out of a wall , some random furniture pieces, a queen bed, and a pullout couch that could only fit a child under 10. This space was presented as fitting 3 adults and 1 child. "It was very great, fully equipped and everything is functioning well. There are no air conditioner but it was just perfect if the degree stay below 25C. "

"Ótimo apart hotel, limpo e confortável,staff gentil. Por azar, obras na rua em frente ao hotel dificultam muito o acesso, especialmente com malas. Dois cons: nao limpam o apto ou trocam toalhas com frequência e, infelizmente standard em quase todos hotéis, iluminação no quarto muito ruim. Mesmo assim, ficamos muito satisfeitos."

"Everything is excellent except internet connection is not very reliable. The communication with manager first starts with ai agent and then connects you to a human who simply tells you internet is fine and all their network devices are working. Also there is no towel exchange despite the fact we stayed for 5 nights. "

Kitchen has the bare essentials, missing things that would make cooking easier (like a cutting board or a bigger cooking pan). Shower never had warm water and toilet had been cleaned but had a strong urine smell. Very much felt like a hostel, shared all spaces with other people besides bedroom, so great if...

"O prédio é muito bem localizado, basta atravessar a rua para que entre na U1 que leva em poucas estações ao centro.O apto era para 5 pessoas e estavamos em 3 , porém é o unico que tem ar condicionado e tem 2 quartos. Muito bem decorado e equipado. A vista é linda, tem varandas em todos os comodos. Valeu muito a pena, esperamos retornar."

"It is located in the apartment building that has garbage as soon as you walk in the door. We need to check in with management and upload ID online first before you can get a code to the lockbox. Then pray that the key doesn't get stuck in the door after you unlock it. There's no washcloth nor AC in the room, and you need to borrow a fan. And then you need to pray that they do bring you a fan to your room; otherwise, you'll be hot all night. I would only go to this place as a very last resort....
