"the room was clean, the major issue is housekeeping letting them selves into the room at 9 am when check out was 11am my partner was in the shower which is ok the main room as i wa getting ready to had to wrap a towel for cover myself up. did report to reception they didn't care"

"Nice friendly staff and lovely lounge area food was really good and the room was really nice only thing missing was a mirror near a plug for doing hair..
Also bed very small but made up for being comfy and nice bedding."

"No a/c room was extremely hot and stuffy, room not ready at check in, check in delayed for an additional hour, breakfast was okay but not the best, bed was not comfortable, room was not cleaned or attended too during our for day stay."

"Great stay. Lovely rooms and views. Gym and rooftop bar were surprise bonus features. We loved the spa and pool. Also great restaurants nearby and easy access to the northern line."

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."
