"The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. "It's great that the place is pet-friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, but the nightly fresh-baked cookies were appreciated. We encountered bugs in the room, and we were told it was roly-poly season. The front desk offered to move us, but since we had already settled in, we chose not to bother with the move."

"Rooms are clean Staff is helpful and pleasant There is ample space to hang out in the lobby or play cards at the eating area Its a very large main area The area is safe Lots of food areas and close to 75 to get moving in the morning"

"Clean rooms! Attentive staff - very friendly & helpful. Morning breakfast was great with a variety of options. Convenient to restaurants, shopping & downtown Knoxville about 20 minutes away. Prices for the rooms were excellent. Well worth staying here for conventions or other activities."
