Perfect room for a quaint, sleepy North Dakota town. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. The room fit our needs perfectly travelling through the beautiful state of North Dakota.
What a cute little gem in NW North Dakota! We enjoyed our stay and loved the historic feel of the room. Great dining in town at the Food Barn. Very comfortable bed.
Beautiful historic property that has been. I let remodeled - a very comfortable stay with a down home cozy feel. We enjoyed our breakfast in the common space and the personal attention from staff- even given our very late arrival.
This is a cute hotel in a cute little rural town. If we find ourselves driving through ND again, we would definitely choose to stay here! The cafe was closed when we stayed, but it looks like they have a nice selection of food and drinks. We ended up having breakfast down the road at the Food Barn. We loved the historic look and the cozy atmosphere of our room. Thanks to Lisa for a great stay!
Enjoyed my stay at this unique refurbished 1908 hotel. Excellent coffee shop and cafe. Alot of vendor items to check out. My only complaint was there was no where to hang my clothes for the next day as I was attending a meeting as a speaker.
Owners did a great job with renovating this property. The room we had was very nice and the rooms have not just been re-painted, but walls and ceilings were all new replacement wallboard. Room had all necessary items including a fridge. They have a coffee shop downstairs too which is very nice.
Property was cute, bed comfortable, stairs to rooms are very steep, not handicap accessible at all, it was get your own clean towels, toilet paper, tissues etc. I checked in on July 2nd. The downstairs breakfast/luncheon coffee shop was closed the rest of our stay July 3 throughout the week & weekend. So no staff there at all. It was odd to be only ones there. Would have been better if we were informed when we checked in that the eating areas and speacialty coffee shop were all going to be closed during our entire stay. We felt abandoned and not appreciated as paid guests. It was an "experience" for sure.
This hotel is so unique and cozy! They did an amazing job creating a wonderful hotel! The owner was extremely nice and helpful! We loved our stay and will definitely stay again!!
We had to stay here last minute while traveling to Canada. It was definitely comfortable and cozy, holding up to the hotel’s name. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and kind. If you ever find yourself in this area, I highly recommend staying here.
