Boat getaway

A great experience. Really awesome location with many things to see and do very close by. The staff was kind and helpful. I would stay again. Really fun and a great price as well.

We just loved Botel Matylda!! It was an amazing experience to stay on a boat. Our room faced the river, with ducks coming to our window to serenade us! The staff is great and so friendly! The food is amazing! The outdoor patio by the river is a gem. Located in a beautiful section of Prague and about a 10 mi ute walk to Old Town. I definitely recommend botel Matylda, and hope to go there again!

The hotel is comfortable, friendly and in a great spot to see all of Prague. The rooms are unsurprisingly small, givens it’s a boat. The only aspect that would have been nice would to have had some small chairs to sit rather than on the bed. But given we wanted to be out exploring Prague it wasn’t a big deal.

It's a great experience to stay in a hotel boat Matilda. Amazing & friendly staff, very nice rooms with good amenities. The restaurant and terrace are great with excellent service and food. Highly recommend to stay there and Im for sure would love to stay there again.

An amazing place to stay right on the river! Room was small, but clean and a view of the ducks wading passed your window. Very convenient to trams and busses, within walking distance of many dining options. People were friendly and very helpful and would highly recommend this experience!

Not just a novelty

I thought this would be an interesting novelty for a place to stay but it was really fantastic. Great location but very quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very large and well furnished. The location on the river walk was close to anything a tourist would want to see. Easily within 10-15min walk anywhere.

Love it

We weren’t sure what to expect but we loved it. Close enough to everything you want to see but a quiet retreat from throngs of tourists. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and loved sitting by the water with the amazing views. Not a lot of bells or whistles, but would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place in an Amazing City

Loved this old boutique hotel on a river boat. It was larger than expected, and very comfortable and cozy, mostly quiet even with the windows open. Plus, we looked out over the river every morning to be greeted by swans and a couple of ducks. The staff, especially Eva, were amazing. The location was excellent. Not in the touristy area, but close to everything.

Matylda was an oasis of relaxation, friendliness, and great food after a day of touring Prague. It's only a15 minute walk, or easy Tram ride to Old Town City Center. The staff is A . I'll be back!

The executive double room was perfect; clean and well appointed with a lovely view over the river....and a tv with free access to Netflix. The location is second to none; it's 50 yards or so from the Dancing House in a quiet location on the river, with easy access to both the New Town and Mala Strana. I cannot recommend this property highly enough......

We loved the Boat Motel, very clean, quiet and the view of the river was amazing. We atayes in the double room with river view, the room wasnt the biggest I've had but the bathroom was spacious. Nespresso coffee machine in room for hot water. All close to shops and the tram is kiterally up a slip path 2 minutes away. Ive been to prague 6 times and I'd definitely stay here again.

Marvellous experience! I was thrilled with my room number 8. Took pictures of Matylda; Singapore pals were hungry for more information. Really would have liked to stay longer. Ill miss Eva Danna and young receptionist. Old guy was reassuring and efficient.
