Sødt personale men madrasserne kunne godt trænge til en udskiftning men bestemt et ophold værd og i den tilhørende restaurant laver de fin mad til fornuftige priser.

Bon emplacement mais c’est bien le seul point positif. Hotel soit disant 4 étoiles mais qui n’en vaut en réalité que 2. Séjour d’une seule nuit heureusement, pendant la canicule… Climatisation HS et aucune proposition de changement de chambre. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit tellement il faisait chaud. Une vitre était cassée et des gouttes tombaient du plafond de notre salle de bain.

Friendly little hotel. Good connections to city of Prague. Good breakfast and fast service at hotels lovely restaurant. Little shops and also local pub just outside.

Had a lovely few days in the Union hotel. Staff were very helpful especially Mukhtar who couldn’t have been any nicer. Happy friendly face whenever you came in no matter the time 😄

Nice hotel with good connections to the centre of Prague. Unfortunately there were construction works outside the hotel during our stay, which lead to some unconvinience. Besides that me and my friend are satisfied and would recommend the hotel to our friends and relatives :)

Unterkunft Personal ok, Unterkunft hat ein Abwasserproblem es riecht überall eher unangenehm aus den Abwasserabläufen, Fenster sind schalldicht im Herbst war es kein Problem,

Room was good size and adequate for overnight stay, but generally it was tired and needing some repairs. Tv wasn't working and there was no remote control in the room, balcony was dirty, covered in birds poo, shower rail in the shower coming off the wall, bathroom mirror light didn't work and bathroom ceiling light hanging off the ceiling. Also very few sockets in the room. Good location for city centre and main rail station. Overall, the maintenance standard was disappointing for a 4* hotel.

The restaurant should be opened for breakfast at 8:00 in the morning. I left at 8:15 without breakfast because the restaurant was still closed. I paid 8 eur for nothing.

Hotel Union, Prague

First impression was of a nice good quality old style hotel. Service at the desk was very friendly, polite and efficient. The room was wonderful, new bathroom, powerful shower and daily shampoo\gel. Towels are changed if left on floor. Bed was extremely supportive and comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant, different things to try, all delicious. Best porridge ever. Hotel near for trams. Restaurant was closed during our stay. Trains and trams are noisy but Lidl nearby for a little something to help you sleep. Tram stop outside the hotel to connect to the centre, about 10 minutes and the A Metro/119 bus to the airport, about 1 hour.

This is a very good cheap option for staying in Prague. If you're there for the city centre, there is a door to door tram service which takes about 20 minutes to the centre. If you are there for the Congress Centre, it's ten minutes' walk away. The hotel was clean, my room was very spacious and fresh, and the staff were helpful. The hotel does not offer any catering, and the only downside is that the bar/restaurant which shares the site and is supposed to function as the breakfast and dining option, keeps erratic opening hours. It is great when it is open, but do not rely on it being open at the advertised hours. There is a fridge in the rooms and a Lidl five minutes away, so nobody needs to starve.
