"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. "Such an excellent place to stay! Our room was huge and very clean. Very nice people and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Front desk staff was not very helpful or engaging. There is no option for breakfast at the hotel, but you can get breakfast at a hotel down the street whether you purchase breakfast included or not. There are also a few restaurants right down the hill. Room was clean and plenty of space. Bathroom was very small. "
