O hotel é terrível, péssima estrutura. Tudo velho E Mal cuidado. Tive uma péssima experiência com o atendimento. As fotos não condizem com a realidade E O café da manhã é muito ruin.

Hotel tem tudo para ser o melhor, e entendo que nem tudo é perfeito, mas passei uma hora na fila para fazer Chekin, e a fila só começou a andar pq um pessoal mandou chamar gerente. Não tem uma organização e só 2 duas pessoas no atendimento. Depois minha reserva ia demorar, tive que buscar o cartão ...
