"Prós: Ótimo lugar, boas acomodações, café da manhã bem servido, várias opções. Almoço (a parte) muito bom. Excelente experiência. Contras: Os pedidos a parte de alimentação (almoço, jantar) precisam de uma organização maior. Não tive problemas pq pedi diretamente na recepção, mas dois casais de amigos tiveram problemas por terem pedido pelo whatsapp, pedido não foi feito na cozinha, atrasou os pratos... enfim, é um ponto pra melhorarem. Fora isso, lugar é muito bom!"

"Gostei muito da pousada, bem limpa e espaçosa, todos os funcionários são bem atenciosos e educados. A localização é boa, eu prefiro não sair com o carro à noite, e a pousada fica só à 10 minutos da orla da praia onde ficam todos os restaurantes, bares e lojas. Achei seguro andar a noite. O projeto Tamar fica na quadra ao lado, a apenas 1 minuto."

"The pools fed by the waterfall made Hotel Mercedes stand out from anywhere else. Be aware that bad weather can effect the use. There was torrential rains while we were there, the pools had to be emptied and cleaned, but the couple days being able to use it were worth it. There is some snorkeling under and beside the dock. Visibility is poor. Don't make snorkeling the reason you come. Staff was very pleasant , especially the front desk. "
