We loved this little bed and breakfast. The room had everything we needed and had a little balcony with an incredible view of the ocean. The hostess was so accommodating and friendly and served us a delicious breakfast overlooking the sea. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible siting

Exciting driving .Gear 1 to get there. We had a very nice stay in the hotel. 1hr 30 mintutes away from Pompei and Herculano. These roads are amazingly challenging but exciting. The breathtaking views are out of question and any coastal gap is worth to visit.

Comfortable room; quiet; great view. We enjoyed being close to the start of the Path of the Gods. Esther was delightful and made us welcome. Breakfast was more than generous.

une loggia avec balcon sur la mer à 100 mètres d'altitude non seulement servis mais conseillés par une hôtesse prévenante et discrète le rêve pour une semaine de repos qui peut être sportif puisque le sentier des dieux est tout près !

Small friendly b&b

Lovely rooms with stunning views and lovely gardens where breakfast is served. The staff could not have been more helpful, explaining how to use the local bus service to get to places we wanted to visit. If we stayed there again we probably wouldn't bother hiring a car. The one thing to take into account is the number of steps at the property and in the area surrounding the hotel

We loved our stay here! The lady who ran it was so helpful every day with a suggestions on where to go and what to do and see. The breakfast was great and the room was lovely. On our last day we had an early departure and they said they couldn’t give us breakfast - this was my only negative. Half the breakfast was packets of crackers and pots not spreads so she could have left Ian some the night before as I’ve had done in other places.

It provided excellent accommodation, enhanced by the host, Franco, who was kind and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast is served in a lovely garden with beautiful views over the Amalfi coastline. The steps leading up from the lower town are steep, so you will have to decide what is important to you.

Off The Beaten Path

This hotel is out of the downtown area, but we looked forward to coming back to it every evening. It is in a quiet area which gave us a place to relax from the crowds. It is a family owned business, and they did their very best to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. Breakfast was included and we looked forward to it every morning; it was delicious with the best coffee and magnificent views of the sea. We highly recommend Locanda Degli Dei. One tip to remember though, do not try to portage your luggage up all the steps, like I did. You can grab a bus or taxi. If I had done my research I would have been a much happier person on the day I arrived lol.

Fantastisk resa allt som allt. Locanda degli dei var mysigt och vi blev väl omhändertagna av värdparet. Utsikten är helt otrolig, men räkna med träningsvärk i vaderna!

Lovely B+B in Praiano

My husband and I stayed a week in the Locanda degli Dei. This B+B is simple, comfortable, very clean, with an amazing sea-view. Local bus to travel to other villages in the Amalfi Coast ( Positano, Ravello, Amalfi) stops right in front. Our host Franko was a cordial, smiley host and Ester that works with him was amazing: greeted us every morning with a smile, nice breakfast and lots of ideas and tips on touring the area. We recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting the area.

Häftig utsikt. Trevlig personal. Fick frukost på terassen varje dag. Och hjälpsamma med tips. Praiano ligger perfekt. Mellan Positano och Amalfi. Ta bussen till Positano. Och hyrbil till Amalfi.

Coin très tranquille mais difficile d'accès (plus de mille marches à partir de la rue principale). Taxis et bus locaux très peu présents. À conseiller seulement avec scooter ou voiture, car tout est très loin. Personnel sympathique, désir d'aider, mais barrière de langage. Déjeuners généreux mais répétitifs et sans fruit... Croissants, gâteaux et yogourts au menu. Hôtel propre. Lit confortable. Belle vue de la terrasse. À proximité d'une entrée pour le magnifique sentiero degli dei!!! :)

Nice hotel, stunning views

Beautiful views and a lovely staff and hotel. Ideally great location if you have a car but if reliant on local transport it can be a little tricky - local bus service every hour. Great bus service to rest of Amalfi coast although can be very busy and buses sometimes don't stop if full.

Excellent hotel

We stayed at la locanda delgi dei for 5 nights and were really happy about it. The host Franco and his family were extremely kind and welcoming (ask him for a cappuccino I guarantee it will be the best you ever tasted). Breakfast was served every morning with a combination of local fresh pastries, cheese and ham. Its location in Praiano means that it is outside the tourist trap area that is Positano and puts you in a more authentic Italian setting. The hotel in itself has beautiful views. Overall perfect for an Italian getaway. I can only recommend the place !!

Lovely, simple B&B in pretty village of Praiano

Within the expensive Amalfi coast, we found the Locanda Degli Dei a great, affordable option. Praiano is a great base from which to explore, if you have a car. The B&B is in a great location for this also - a lot of places are halfway up a steep flight of stairs, where as the Locanda is at the top of the hill on an accessible street, so you can park right out front. It's 10-15 mins walk to the centre of town (down lots of stairs!), and only for the fittest would I recommend the walk back up. But there's a local bus that costs 1euro which drops you right out the front of the B&B. The Locanda is simple - nothing too 5 star or fancy - but has everything you need and is clean, and nicely decorated. It has outstanding views of the water, and a gorgeous garden from which you eat breakfast enjoying the view. The staff are authentic and delightful, and really helpful with organising tours etc. if needed.

Super séjour nous sommes très satisfaits.

Un accueil parfait les patrons sont attentifs au bien être de leurs clients chambres très couleur locale beau jardin en espalier petit dejeuner face à la mer au milieu des citronniers parking assez facile. Un bon établissement de très braves gens. De bons conseils pour visiter Capris sans soucis le patron s' occupe de tout. Super rapport qualité prix.
