"Great breakfast, very clean and new hotel, priced very well for the quality of the place when we stayed here in early 2026 a couple of times."

"Everything was clean, the room was great, breakfast was great. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is its lack of accessibility. There is no elevator to the second floor and the carpet on the main staircase is a pattern such that the stairs blend in. It would be very easy for someone to miss a stair and take a tumble. Fix those two issues and you would have a raving fan. Not the best place for older guests or those with mobility issues."

"The room was just ordinary, nothing special ...the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a big hit with everyone especially the kids I saw.....the free breakfast included 2 waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage...HOWEVER, for some reason, the eggs and potatoes and sausage ran out at 9:15am (the free buffet is open until 10am)....many people kept arriving after 9:15am, but no new eggs nor potatoes nor sausage were ever brought out...everyone was disappointed"

"Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I called down twice and they said they would do what they could do but it never stopped until after 230."

"The Grizzly Lodge is an excellent place to stay in Rathdrum, ID. Don't book through Expedia though. The Expedia failed to pass on needed booking updates from the hotel staff. Book directly through the hotel contacts and they will be very responsive."

"The staff was great but I would only travel back during the week, very disrespectful kids running all over the place! "

"Our toilet did not flush which made for an interesting situation. We arrived for breakfast at 8am there was no food left."

"The building was under renovation so there was paintings on the floor the were staff moving stuff. The microwave also was unplugged and when I plugged it in did not work, the pillows turned flat so I double stacked pillows and still went flat. The pool was open at least, breakfast was a lot of food."
