"The king suite was missing the door to the bedroom. The couch that folds out into a bed was a twin bed. The fitted sheet they gave us for the fold out bed had multiple stains on it. The room was designed for ADA. The shower water went all over the bathroom floor. We didn’t have enough towels to clean it. Went to get more towels from the front desk and they didn’t have any.
