"Checked in with my dad for a one night stay while in town for his medical appointments. Elevators near the entrance were out of service, the front desk agent said since they’ve only been open about 3 months they are still working on a few things. My dad has trouble walking long distances so this was discouraging on arrival but the agent was incredibly kind and accommodating, he offered to move our room if we needed but we tried the walk and it was manageable, especially with the back door being close, that’s where we ended up parking and using. They have complimentary breakfast which was great and they also offer in room dining! Overall great stay!"
