"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, including no wifi - they said I should go to the beach for that.

"I really cannot speak any higher about the cleanliness of this property. Every aspect of it is very well maintained, but I did feel a wee bit of an institutional vibe to the property.
