"Our first visit to Cambodia and so impressed with the staff at Borei Angkor and the hotel in general. So friendly and helpful. Organised two days of transport and a guide for the temples which was a great experience. Food options excellent with lots of breakfast options included in the price. Nice pool area. If you want some nightlife then Pub Street takes about 20 mins to walk or 5 mins in a Tuk Tuk. Unreservedly recommended if you are visiting Siem Reap. "

"We had a great stay there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went in every possible way to help us during our stay. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool which was the best spot to relax after tour. Location was in town close to pub street. "The experience was mediocre right from the start when the pick up wasn’t on time, then the room allotted had to be changed twice as the first room allotted was supposed to have some known pipe issues, the second room allotted was already occupied! When room service was ordered, the used soup bowl wasn’t removed for two days! Room service cleaning was requested but didn’t happen till the evening where the staff had to be reminded. "

"Lovely grounds and fantastic large villas. Staff are so polite and attentive. Two swimming pools which we really enjoyed as for most of our stay we were the only people in them. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. "We stayed for three nights. We booked online and arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Instead of turning us away, the staffs accommodated our needs and went above and beyond to prep the rooms for us so we can check in early. While awaiting for our room, cold drinks and cold towels were provided to relieve us from the summer heat. Space is super clean, breakfasts are plenty and staffs are excellent and so very attentive. Accommodations over all couldn’t be better. "
