"Booked an ocean view room. Be aware that means they can still put you in the building second from the shore, rather than oceanfront, and call it “ocean view” because you can see a strip of ocean over the barrier fence. No beach view and no view of the lawn/cliffs like pictures on the site. I felt this was a big rip off and I would not have paid what I did had I known they could do this."

"The building is older and the room was small. It had a full bed with a twin over it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. The door opened to the outside with parking directly in front of the door. It's the perfect size for 1 or 2 people, crowded for 3. The office staff was very helpful. Very conveniently located close to the beach."

"It rests between the Homer Spit and the city of Homer. The room was clean and it was modern. It could use some sound proofing between rooms. I know way to much of my neighbors business."

"Marie was an excellent host and wealth of knowledge as to what to see,do,and eat while in Homer. And her breakfasts were spectacular!! Loved the homemade fresh jams, jellies, and syrups. The room and restroom was spacious and clean. Probably the best view from the deck balcony that we have seen in a number of years. We highly recommend the Majestic B&B for the perfect stay while in Homer, Alaska."

"Wonderful view! Nice, roomy unit. Two issues. 1. Couldn’t figure out how to use the tv. Searching said no channels found. 2. Unit description online showed “kitchen”. There was a little fridge in the room with a microwave on top. That’s not a kitchen."
