A l'arrivée on nous a changé de chambre et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre minuscule sans place prévue pour le bébé. Nous avions notre propre lit pliable mais impossible à installer. Le lit a une planche de bois qui fait office de sommier... La propriété n'est pas top..."

La chambre est défraichie, l'isolation est inexistante, le chauffage (clim) qui fait du bruit et je ne parle pas du bruit de soufflerie mais d'une hélice qui frotte quelque part, WC noir (pas propre ou usé et noirci???). "We stopped here for one night on the way to the Alps. It was excellent. The staff were genuinely exceptional. They were there for us for a very late check in (02:00) and smiling as if it was mid afternoon. The beds were really comfortable and massive. We were four in one room and there was plenty of space. "The room was ok, but missed airconditioning. The staff is not very helpful and they only speak French, they even do not try to speak English or try to help you. When you run a hotel and only speak French that is not the way to do. Food is good, taste and quality."
