"We checked in and were offered a complimentary late check-out. We travel a decent amount and have never been offered a late check-out from any other hotels, so we thought that was fantastic customer service. The room was huge and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable! We loved the sunset view from our balcony too."

"We always stay here about every other year when coming to Fossil Creek. The staff is helpful, check-in is easy & the rooms are clean. Continental breakfast is great for a light bite in the morning. We will keep coming here."

"Loved the location in uptown. Rooms were large and had lots of surfaces for placing luggage. Nice desk area - comfortable chair. Patio with beautiful view of the mountains. Nice pool and hot tub. Great coffee shop just behind and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Good choice of morning snacks and coffee in the lobby. Would love to come back and stay longer. Only suggestion would be more comfortable porch furniture."

"The pool area was very limited for seats. The golf cart would only take us to the top of a very steep hill that was the only way to get out of the hotel. The golf cart would not drive all the way up the hill, so you had to walk the rest of the way up the steep hill. Also, we were told that they couldn’t drive us in the golf cart in the rain."

"Nice property with the ability to prepare small meals. Wifi a little sketchy Not far from various hikes Was told a discount would be available for a jeep tour and than explained it would involve sitting through a 90 minute presentation. Not good when tight on time"
