" The entire hotel was closed. No communication except this review request. I had to scramble to find other accommodations and quality inn surfside took my money and left me with nowhere to stay."

"Excellent, friendly staff. Free hot coffee most of the day but no tea, only available by asking desk clerks. Ample parking, pool should be heated as was too cold to use. Very small hot tub. Many food choices within walking distance and beach directly in front. Would absolutely stay again. "

"The pools were closed for maintenance and the waterpark has very limited hours. Also there is no mention of the parking fee in the initial booking description. Other than that everything else was great. Very well maintained property and staff was great and helpful."

"Did not use Laundry service. Room was not serviced over out stay. We got additional towels from front desk. Not a problem."

"The hotel staff are really great—very polite and courteous. Every day, they go into the bathroom to clean and replace the towels. The service is exceptional. I have nothing but gratitude.🙏☺️"

"Never stayed. What I have to sayI cannot fit it all this little box. So I'll be brief the place was a dump. I'm sorry but thibgs in the room were dirty and things didnt work, like lights. I lasted 5 minutes in the room and i never took a bag up with me because i knew i wouldnt be staying. I put the keys back in envelope and in the mailbox and said soory cant stay here. They did refund my deposit."

"THE FACILITY WAS VERY CLEAN. STAFF WAS VERY NICE. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH. GREAT PRICE FOR THE ACCOMMODATIONS. ICE MAKER NIT WORKING. COFFE MAKER, MICROWAVE, AND FRIGE WERE ALL WORKING WELL AND CLEAN. "

"This is the first resort that I had to pay for parking and an upfront damage fee for the room. The bowling alley is being renovated, and we did not get the chance to experience it. This was the only reason I chose to stay here, was the onsite bowling alley because our family loves to bowl. The game room was very small with limited games offered. The parking was limited, but they did have an overflow across the street. The room was spacious, but I had to clean the bathroom again. The staff was...
