"Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Smaller balcony was not the greatest. No hot breakfast but did have coffee and grab and go snacks. There was no parking available in the late hrs of the night, not having parking was inconvenient as a paying customer. The beach access was perfect! Areas to clean off the sand. Over all a decent stay, pool was meant for kids and the hot tub could only hold 3 people maybe. Worth the weekend stay. Family friendly. surrounded by restaurants and the pier was nice! "

"Lynn was lovely, but the motel is poorly maintained which makes cleanliness almost impossible. Not enough dishes, silverware, etc. in the kitchen, where the sink was almost falling through the countertop. No sink drain plug which made washing dishes difficult (or be charged an extra $20). Extra pet fee of $15 per night, which I didn’t see stated anywhere before checking in. "
