"Water pressure was low in the bathroom. Took awhile to get hot water. Key card didn’t work when we tried to enter. Booked a king bed but it looked more like a queen. Property is on the beach but walkways was trashy. "

"Walking in the lobby was okay, nothing special. Upon checking in we headed to our room where the door would not open. Once we got into our room we discovered that it appeared nothing like the photos. The tv was blaring, it smelled bad and was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and the shower had brown smudges all over. The whole place seemed a dirty and more than a little sketchy. We went right back down to get a refund and that was a 45 minute process of us having to wait for somebody to go and look at the room and then the gentleman at the front desk having to make several phone calls to ask if it was okay to refund us and on how to do it. It was overall a very poor experience in the very short amount of time we were there."

"The room was absolutely disgusting, hair and pee stains on the toilet. A rag hanging on the shower curtain from the previous stay, toenail clippings on the floor and stains on stuff. Staff were nice but not personable. Its stunk throughout the building and was dirty in the halls. The outside of the building has dried up dog crap. "

"It was cold so we weren’t able to use the water slide and pool but overall I have no complaints for the services we did use. The food at the restaurant was good and surprisingly affordable for a resort. The staff was friendly. "

"The room was very nice. Large area. It took a while to figure out how to work the thermostat controls and get the temperature to a comfortable area. The heat was a bit spotty in the living room area vs say the bedroom. The fireplace helped with living room heating. The comoliment of kitchenette dishes was sufficient for the time stayed. I did have a couple critical comments. Bei g on the 1st floor I could clearly hear the sales presentation of the other IHG owned property. It made sleeping in, virtually impossoble. So maybe theyre should be some thoughts about soundproofing the doors. The other crtical comment was the difficulty I had getting the tv to show, 'free' programming, such as Pluto or Tubi. I understand the pay to view items available but woth a smart tv you should at least be able to access free streaming content. Thats said, I would stay there again, luvd the location on the south beach."
