"Didn’t know until we arrived that they charge an additional 15$ a day to park. The guards that walk around, completely ignored an argument between 3 different parents and a fight that happened in the indoor kids area. The water park is not Ada at all. My son who has some disabilities I won’t mention, was not able to do some things that we thought he would be able to. Also when the slides closed, my son started stimming, and one of the guards yelled at my son not knowing what was going on, which caused some issues. The place is nice, and a lot of fun, but we won’t be coming back due to the issues we had. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. Would have stayed more if we enjoyed ourselves more but ended up staying at another resort for the following 4 days after checkout."

"Such an amazing stay! I traveled with my dog and we had such a good time. The staff was super friendly to me and my dog and you can’t beat the location. We had an oceanfront room which was of course awesome. Definitely recommend!"

"The rooms was great but they didn’t have closet space just to prepare people and only one elevator was working so we had to go up and down the stairs. The food was great and the staff was amazing."
