"The room was not properly cleaned, hair clogged in the shower drain that my husband had to clean out because when showering the water was overflowing onto the floor…staff was rude when I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room because they said it was late 10pm and housekeeping was not available to come up and clean our room but that they could accommodate us by moving us from the 12th floor with views to the 6th floor."

"Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip"

"The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior."

"We had driven for two days and were a little upset when we got there our room not ready at 3pm. Even at 4 PM regular check-in time they’re still not ready so that was just exhausting. Finally, we got into our room and it was a nice room with a gorgeous view over the next five days that we stay there a couple things stood out to me. The staff and workers were all great very nice including Jimmya Denise. Connie. Everybody was very helpful delivered extra blankets because it was a cold week, but...

"Our room wasn’t ready at check in time, room floors were very dirty, bathroom was extremely small, walkways to rooms outside were very dirty with garbage and some food in the same location not cleaned up for 3 days. Pools has sand and debris floating in them. "
