"First, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are excellent. We arrived early and were wet and exhausted on a chilly morning. We asked if we could possibly leave our bags or check in early. Lucy jumped in and got us into our room right away. We were able to sleep, warm up and relax before heading out to explore. "Our stay at the Hilton Providence was not pleasant. I believe the hotel is under construction. There was no lobby, just a temporary entrance, the elevators sheathed in brown paper, a warren of rooms with no signage on the main floor and our room devoid of amenities. No coffee cubes, a coffee machine that needed repair even to make decaf tea, dismal furnishings, no fan in the bathroom. We should’ve been advised that this was not the time to stay there. "I recently had a bad experience in an Inn in the area but this Inn made me feel safe and comfortable. I would stay there again no doubt. Breakfast was excellent and staff extremely friendly. Thanks!"

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable. We are fam of 4, two adults and two teens, really enjoys the hotel for two nights visit to Providence. 7 minutes to shopping center. We love the breakfast. We will come back here again . "

"We stayed here a couple of times previously. The property and rooms are very clean. Unfortunately, this stay provided very little sleep. Between 1 am and 4 am there was such a loud party above us that it disturbed the peace. It was obnoxious. We did report it and hoped it would be heard and managed. "The room looks old but clean at check in we had no housekeeping in 3 nights stay not even fresh towels when we asked for a housekeeping they said they will send we come back no one went bad communication in the front desk we hate our stay."
