"Good parking
Check out at 10 am is too early for travelers
Breakfast poor: we only got a bottle of milk no juice in the refrigerator.
Our room has no air conditioner , has a fan instead.
Disappointed ,room doesn’t look anything like pictures shown
Windows has no screen, so when we open to get fresh air, bugs flown in. Fortunately we only stay one night otherwise I wouldn’t stay longer."

We were very pleased with our suite. It was clean, the air conditioning worked well. Plenty of room for our dog plus a balcony. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our dinner in the restaurant was superb and breakfast excellent. We would certainly stay again.

The property is fairly isolated but went for the peace and quiet and the food , This was our second visit and it was extremely friendly , very personal but the food was excellent and we we loved it for what we were looking for . They are small so reception opens later in the afternoon to enable check in which is worth bearing in mind

This is an absolutely delightful little hotel with very warm and welcoming hosts, Vicky and Jean Luc, who went well out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. Our room was simply lovely and the breakfasts were fabulous with freshly squeezed orange juice, really good coffee and delicious croissants, fruit salads and yoghurts. If you are visiting Poitiers or passing through on your way to other parts of France or Europe it is a complete treat to stay here. We were there for five...

Such a tranquil and beautiful place. We had the best night’s sleep for ages because the cave was cool and the air was kept humid to protect the stone. Céline and Stève were lovely - so welcoming. Stève gave us the fascinating history of the place and in the morning Céline had prepared the most delicious home-made breakfast which we ate in the peaceful pretty garden courtyard in front of our cave. Les Troglos is a gem and our stresses melted away.

Magnificent building in the centre of Loches, which itself is a beautiful medieval town.
Staff very helpful & pleasant & the pool was lovely.
Very much enjoyed our stay & would visited again when we're in the area.

A lovely little studio apartment - we stayed in January so it was grim weather but a summer stay with leisure facilities, private outside space and easy access to the town for boulangeries, tea rooms, boucherie, cafes, bars and several great quality dining options

The overall experience was good. The staff were very nice and willing to help.
The hotel is very French which we liked but the carpet in our bedroom was very stiff hessian and therefore uncomfortable on bear feet
The staircases 2 were very steep, very narrow and winding in my view not suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issues.
Breakfast was continental no meat or cheese but more than adequate.
There is no restaurant facilities at the hotel however only a 5 minute walk is an IBIS...

Lovely modern hotel in a quiet spot but by a restaurant which you got a discount in. Very clean and staff were friendly, WiFi worked well and there was secured parking. Would definitely recommend.

We love this place! Everything about it, the ambience, friendly staff, the comfortable, clean rooms and mostly the breakfasts! The buffet style breakfast is so thoughtfully done and much of it is organic, local and some even homemade. There is even the choice to make up your own loose leaf tea from a wide range with your own little teabag. Another bonus is it is quiet and peaceful so you can truly relax. And the air con in the summer heat is at just the right level. Can’t wait to return!

One night stay returning north to ferry. Interesting Property within gated grounds but a little way out from city. Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Weather was hot and room in roof required windows to be open to encourage air flow but unfortunately let in rather too much noise from busy road and very active frogs in the river. However, enjoyed otherwise excellent bedroom and on suite facilities, WiFi, and very enjoyable breakfast.

A very nice stay in a lovely old building that has been sympathetically modernised and included air conditioning
It is a 5 min walk to the river and we went to a very nice restaurant around the corner that the hotel owner recommended
