"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"I’m very disappointed in booking this hotel, after a 15 hours of Driving from Denver to Las Vegas all I wanted was to relax and since I stepped into the Lobby to check in the Assistant at the hotel desk was horrible helper , then the AC was off and the room temperature was 74 degrees inside the room I called the operator and all the said not to change the temperature because the AC will freeze and if I wanted a technician they will send it, about an 1 hour he arrived to do nothing, the I called...
