"It was extremely beautiful stay I had recently at St. Regis in Mumbai. The service was excellent, food was tasty and everything I experienced at the property was the best. My favorite moments at the hotel was seeing smiling faces of all the staff and how pleasantly they interacted o personal level. I can't forget the way my request to taste the dessert "Malpua with Rabdi" was fulfilled by the staff. It was after years that I tasted this dessert which was tasty and had personal touch! Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer.
Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally.
Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people.
There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street.

We booked for 3 rooms. But the room are so tiny that we forced them to open an other room. Whithout Windows so you feel like suffocatinng. Same for the toilets.
The hygiène is not there.
