"Dry good check in when we arrived. Room was on first floor and near the lift so a little noisy. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was small, but had everything you needed. Water in the showers did run a little hot/cold as mentioned in previous reviews. Breakfast was good, it a little hit & miss; had expected at least a run down on the first day of how it worked - some tables offered tea/coffee by the waiters, some people shown to a table when first coming in…for a 5* would have...

"Loved the location. We were immediately next to buses and a train station and within a 10 minute walk of museum island and the Berlin TV tower. The hotel, with its George Baselitz themed art was quirky and fun. Exceptional and helpful staff, nice room and a good bar for a cocktail. Breakfast prices were quite high, and the breakfast buffet was good, but choose breakfast included if you have that option!"

"The location was great for our trip! The hotel is blocks away from Checkpoint Charlie, which meant we had easy access to restaurants, public transport, and shops. We brought a car and checking in and parking was a breeze since it was a few blocks away from the busier streets. There is a garage attached to the hotel, so we were able to take our bags from the car to the room without going back outside. "This small hotel has a really chill vibe. We booked a larger size room and really appreciated the space and also all the surfaces and places to put stuff- I never enjoy a hotel bathroom where there’s no space to put my toiletries! Having a mini kitchen was also great. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet hood, so sleeping was peaceful. The breakfast was good too. Really like the always acessible downstairs room with tea, coffee, snacks, drinks etc. I recommend staying here!"
