"Staff were very friendly and tried their best to help customers. The property is in much need of updating. They can start by cleaning the carpets in the halls and rooms. Power went off on my check out day, that's wnen I learned they don't have a back up generator for power outages. Never have I experienced a property of that size not having a generator. Well...maybe they did, just in need of repairs like the rest of the place. Will stay elsewhere on future trips."

"The room that we stayed had hardly any electric outlets that we could use."

"The mattress was old or cheap because it felt indented when I woke up the next morning and caused my back to hurt. The AC unit in the room also kept making a loud noise every few minutes- like clockwork, so I kept having to turn it off after a few minutes. Especially at night so I could sleep. I didn't use any of the amenities as I had business in the area and just needed a place to sleep for two nights. "The man at the front desk was of no help and refused my stay because he wouldn’t accept my military ID card, as my drivers license was lost during my travels. He also would not accept a picture of my license. This upset me a lot but more so than anything, his rude and demeaning attitude and unwillingness to have a calm and professional conversation is what left me floored."
