"This was a great spot! Rooms are updated with lovely decor. Lots of room and nice table with two chairs inside and two Adirondack chairs outside for us to use. Great location in North Rustico and close to Cavendish. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The only issue is that the front desk closes as 6. So when there was no hot water I had to call the motel number. They did answer but told me to call back etc. I don’t feel like playing phone tag for issues after 6 o’clock."

"We checked and found out that we would be on the second floor, and I explained that our son would need to be on the ground floor..totally on us. They did accommodate but moved us into an older badly needing renovation room. Our room was very dated from the 90’s and was extremely small for four adults, especially one adult with mobility issues. Our room was infested with beetles, on the floor on our beds and evening crawling up our arms. The bathrooms were so small that you had to open the door...
