"Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The room was very nice and the receptionist was great. While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available during my stay and the breakfast area was okay. Furthermore, my sink head was missing in my room. The hotel is located in a very pleasant neighborhood, and I would certainly recommend it to others."

"The rooms were clean the toilet in the first room didn't work so they move us to another room (no discount) the other rooms toilet didn't work much better the seat wouldn't stay up and it took a couple of times to flush. There was no coffee maker, and I ask the staff and he said they were going away from coffee makers. There were very few plugs so I ask the staff if we could have a lamp with a socket in it and he gave us one. The second room was very noisy because several dozen seasonal migrants...

"Room cleaning was haphazard, some days the beds were made and the room cleaned, on others only the trash cans were emptied or the room was not cleaned at all. The elevator and hallway in front of the elevator had quite a bit of trashes that never got picked up. Breakfast is typical sparse and crappy American foods, albeit a little more choices than a sugary donut and cheap coffee. Hotel does provide full amenities like a swimming pool and small gym. "The property looks like it was Recently renovated, with good design and materials, however workmanship could have been better. The faucet in the bathroom sink wasn't securely attached and splashed water all over the counter. The electric outlet beside the bed not screwed to the wall. The barn door to the bathroom didn't have a bottom guide so flapped around. The USB charger outlets on both bedside lamps don't work. We only stayed one night."
