"Really nice hotel, the gal at the front was great"

"We stayed one night. The staff was friendly. The room was fine, an extra garbage can would have been nice in the bathroom. I only gave 3 stars because the bathroom had some mold around the tile. Not a deal breaker, but using the bathroom just wasn't as clean feeling. Also, the breakfast, although good choices, for us, was unedible. The eggs and potatoes were really bad. The waffles were fine."

"Likes: I really liked the check in process without the front desk routine. The motel was spotless and bright with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The pool area looked very inviting though we couldn't leave the pups in the room. It was a great location, surprisingly quiet and convenient. "I actually camped the night prior, but needed a shower and desk to get some work done, not to mention a bed for a good night sleep. A/C didn't work in my first room, #207. They said to keep the old A/C unit running and it would hopefully cool down in 15 minutes. After moving my stuff in, no cooler. Then they admitted they had trouble with the room. "Okay.. so it was nothing like it looked in pictures. Rooms were old and smelly. We reached around 10pm and rooms were not ready yet. They cleaned room right in front of us. Pool was empty, lawn area had dirty water and sludge. People around look shady. Owner was courteous and helpful though."
