"For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!"

"It honestly was decent for what it was no real complaints, EXCEPT for them demanding ID for every person staying in the room, I’m not mad about it but when it’s not listed in any of the pre check in emails and one of our group had lost her wallet ON THE TRIP, and then were given a lot of trouble over and almost tried to make us feel guilty about the situation. "I loved the price of the stay, and the rooms were nice size; in addition, the staff was very friendly and more then helpful. However, the rooms were not clean, the shower had mold growing in the shower, and the floors were so disgusting I had to keep my shoes on the entire time. The price during the week is appropriate, but the price on the weekend is way too much. I would be very disappointed if I was to rent a room from there during the weekend for the amount that they're asking for. My advice...

"Dog and kid friendly accommodations. Fantastic restaurant attached to the property overlooking the Deschutes River. The room was spacious and our granddaughter loved the bunk bed in the room. Fantastic choice for families with children and dogs."

"My husband and I stayed five nights. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels, etc replenished daily. The breakfast variety was excellent and very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. I used the laundry facilities while we were there and found it convenient and easy to use. Th staff were very helpful. We would stay there again."
