"Hotel & room very clean. Room was somewhat dated. Suite kitchen had microwave & fridge but no plates, cutlery, tea towel or other utensils. Hotel has no bar or restaurant and return walk from closest places to eat are extremely steep hill walk. Breakfast is continental with 2 hot items (scrambled eggs & homefries one day, pancakes & mini-omelettes next)... problem was the serving dish replenishment was awful, people waiting around. "This was a very happy surprise. The rooms are spacious. Bedding is comfortable. There was a kitchen area and a small dining area and loads of storage space. Modernized bathroom. But the biggest surprise was that the property is on a lake. Governor's Lake. Walk around the property and you come to a beautiful lawn and grounds that are beautifully manicured and a heavenly view. Great sunsets. Prices are reasonable. Pharmacy across the street and TBR across street (tavern) with great food and...

"Breakfast was fantastic. The room was fine for the four of us. The room smelled a bit funky and we had to ask for enough towels, which were brought to us quickly. No charging station for electric cars at the hotel. We could t control the AC easily. But the beds were comfortable and the staff was polite. The food at the restaurant for dinner was excellent and affordable. All in all, we are happy with our stay."

"I liked the indian style decorations. The parking was ok. The breakfast was ok, except the coffee, which was horrible. Same for the coffee in the main lobby. When I asked if I could get a stronger coffee, I was told to drive to get one. The room was clean, but the pillows were not comfortable to sleep.The receptionist was polite, but the internet did not work, despite staff intervention and our requests for help. Convenient location to sleep one night, I would not reccomend for more."

"Usually I love this place. Stayed here many times before but this time we had a few issues. Soap and shampoo were not filled in the shower. The fridge in the room made a high pitch noise all night, and there was a lot of noise, both from above and in the hallway. Sounded like construction."

"Nice to be close to the Harbour-access to parking through Scotia Square was a distance but still very doable. Enjoyed our stay!"
