Hotel Murah di Prospect

"INFESTED. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 SEASONS RESORT. This hotel is infested, dirty, and falling apart. Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard surfaces in the room were covered in a thick, crusty yellow/brown grime with human hairs effectively glued into said items/surfaces by the grime. We asked to move rooms the last night we were here...

"The rooms are very spacious and clean."

"Perfect for a hermit!"

"The Golden Rock is a one of a kind property and we cannot wait to go back. The cleanliness was a 10/10 and the landscaping was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was excellent for every meal we had. I highly recommend the conch chowder. Thank you Golden Rock! "

"Everything was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. The staff made you feel like family and ensured your comfortability throughout your day. Everyone was extremely accommodating and I will definitely be back!"

There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. When it was time to check out there was no one available and I had to shout for a while until a painter came down...

"Needs more maintenance in the general areas including sidewalks. The rooms need better cleaning of bed clothing, drapes and mattresses."

"The location is great and generally the rooms are nice. It is a great Bargain for your buck, especially if you are someone who likes your own kitchen and space. Perfect for a family trip in my case a business trip. There was a washer and dryer and detergent provided. Rooms were also easily available on short notice which was great. My only issue is there can be a little more attention to maintenance of the units (making sure lights and AC units are working and pipes aren't leaking). Also...

"I like the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. My next trip to St.kitts i would stay there again. I would recommend the hotel to other people. Keep up the good work,it's right in the heart of town."
