"I am writing to share my experience regarding my recent stay at Snow Valley Heights, located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India.
Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The room provided to me was not the same as shown in the pictures during booking. The overall condition and hygiene of the room were below expectations and did not reflect the standards portrayed online.
